Association for development in Mauritania
Presentation
The association BESMA AND EMEL "Smile and hope" is an
association that seeks to develop, acts of charity
and social actions in Mauritania.
She works in these areas in order
to achieve human development within the Mauritanian society and combat social
diseases.
The motto of the association is "We manufacture whole life" or her work
based
on the fact of helping people
to be the architects of a better life very successful and the attainment of
total development in society.
The association fighting poverty and disease Social
thus obtained. It aims to be a bridge for development, giving and solidarity in
Mauritanian society.
The association has a formal legal framework and
because it has a license (permit activity) by the governmental authorities in
Mauritania under number 000110 released on 28/03/07. 
The association BESMA AND
EMEL you to help with it in the development of society and social fight diseases
to be the architect of a successful and enjoyable life to return to our
community.
The activities of the association:
The activities of association are varied:

There are charitable activities regarding the distribution of food,
clothing and health fields.
*- There are also
activities for development, which is to build the human form and the way he
draws manufacturer to be an individual in society.
The activities are stored in different
projects:
1- project distribution of water: this project is to
distribute water weekly in areas far fro
m the capital Nouakchott,
where the price was is an imaginary sum that most families can not afford .
2- The health project: This project
consists of a weekly visit to the National Hospital of Nouakchott, searching for
difficult cases to provide some means of treatment.
A. A health
awareness 
against some
dangerous and contagious diseases.
B. The weekly
distribution of a meal for one hundred people sick in the hospital.
3 - Project for care of orphans:
This project is an act of charity for the care of orphans by
searching case of orphans, benefactors and volunteers to achieve this project,
followed her and her supervision, in addition to periodic inspection of orphans
and their families.
The
support includes life, schooling and study in Mahadras.
4 - Project distribution of
clothing:
the association collects donations which are used clothes, laundered
and distributed to miserable in poor areas of Nouakchott.
5 - Project for cleanliness:
the project is to remove garbage from a few streets of the city of Nouakchott in
order to make its own; there is also a test of forestation of these streets
together with the common Tevragh -Zeina. 
In
addition to these activities, there are other cultural activities and charities
which aim to spread the culture of craftsmen living in society, helping gents
achieve their goals of a successful life and contribute in a creative and
fruitful building society.

support and of course they are
carried out by the association
are:
1 st:
- Special logistical
support to the humanitarian efforts that we make with the very simple means of
members and volunteers, we need the material several operating as a bus
for
transportation,
computers and printers for actions and media for information, and other material
differ.

ém: financial support for the following projects:
- The care of orphans, the association take charge 18
orphans and requires bonds (are) annually for dozens of orphans in waiting list,
the bond monthly for an orphan is 15,000 Ouguiya (42 Euros) .
- Project distribution of water in
areas located far away, the tank of 10
tons has cost roughly
15,000 Ouguiya (42 Euros)
- Project distribution of
meals to the sick. Each distribution for 50 patients cost 10,000 Ouguiya.
